It's my second Christmas and it's a lot more fun! Nanny and Grandad are here to celebrate with us. I've got loads of brilliant presents including a rocking horse, clothes and loads of great toys. I'm spoilt for choice. Uncle Neil, Aunty Lisa and Ben are coming round for Christmas lunch. Mummy's made a Christmas cake which she is very proud of!! I'm going to have my Christmas lunch with everyone, then have a little snooze. Much like everyone else I expect!!! Happy Christmas everyone - hope you got some good presents too!

Happy Birthday to me!

I'm one. It's a big milestone in anyone's life. I'm having a small tea party today with Mummy, Daddy, Grandma, Grandad, Uncle Neil, Aunty Lisa and Ben, and then I'm having a big birthday party with everyone again on Saturday. Nanny and Grandad will be up and Uncle Keith, Aunty Jo, Danny and Amelia are coming over too. I can't wait. I'm feeling a bit under the weather tho - I hope I'm better by Saturday!

We're moving

Mummy and Daddy have bought a smart new house for me to live in. They're moving in too. It's got lots of room for me to run around in and we're going to be in before my birthday too! It's going to be a hectic couple of weeks!

Weirdo

I've developed a bit of an obsession with the washing machine. Nuff said.

Do I love it or hate it?

They say you either love it or hate it. Marmite that is. Here I am eating my firat marmite sandwich. Do you know what? I'm not sure. Look at the photo - what do you think?

Babies can sign

I've started signing classes today. There was a lot of singing and waving of hands about in it, but it's all good stuff. Wonder how long it will be before I get the hang of it.

About time too!

After months of saying Dada, I decided to stop teasing Mummy and say, well, "Mummy"! Needless to say, Mummy is very pleased with me. Let's see how I can milk this one!

The rucksack

I love a bit of outdoors rucksack action me! Here's a photo of Daddy and me up on Ilkley moor. Daddy thinks I'll be too heavy for it soon. I think he's a lightweight - put your back into it Dad!

Off to see Kelly, Greg, Hannah and Mia

Not a lot happening this month, but we did pop down to see Kelly, Greg, Hannah and Mia in Northampton. We had a great time feedin the ducks by the lake. Daddy put some bread on Mummy's head so the seagulls came to get her. Mummy was not impressed! I had a go on Hannah and Mia's train. Think I need to get me one of these...

I love my cups

Staking cups rock! It's my favourite game at the moment. Today I finally managed to get one inside another.....or was it one on top of another?!? I did something spectacular with them anyway!

And we're off!

I've started to crawl! Now the fun really begins. Mum thinks it's a bit of a commando crawl, but it's a crawl nonetheless. Now, let's see if I can just get over there......

Lost in Translation

Some new developments - I'm starting to say some things which Mummy and Daddy understand. Took them a while to catch up a!! I've been saying "ta", "Dada", and "gone". Mummy and Daddy seem very impressed. I'm also very nearly crawling and have now figured out that smaller things fit into bigger things. It's been a very tiring week......

Just hanging around

There's a great park near us, and I am now big enough to go on the swings. Can't wait to get on the slide and climbing frame!

Down South

I'm visiting Nanny and Grandad again. We're going on lots of days out - Marwell Zoo, Monkey World, Bosham, and we're also having a BBQ for Nanny and Grandad's 40th Wedding Anniversary. Wow - 40 years! You get less for murder Grandad! Here are some photos of my visit.

Home help

I like to give a helping hand if I can! We're off down to Portsmouth again soon, so I thought I'd help Mummy sort the washing.

Holiday!

Mummy and Daddy have taken me on my first holiday. We're in Scotland with Aunty Lisa, Uncle Neil and Ben. We're staying in a castle in the Trossachs. We've been doing all sorts of fun stuff like swimming, go out for dinner, exploring the lochs by boat, going to the Highland Games ( I wouldn't mess with any of those guys!) Here's a photo of me and cousin Ben horsing around at the Safari park.

A new perspective

I'm learning to sit up and Mummy and Daddy have bought me an inflatable ring to help me balance. I'm getting there, but I'm a bit wobbly still.

Daddy!

Dad's been trying to dress me again. 6 months in and he's still not got the hang of it!

Hi Chair....

....Well, you know what I mean! Thought I'd try out my new highchair today. I'm too big for the bumbo and it's getting tricky to feed me in it 'cause I wriggle too much.

It's a hard life

I've just been out for a long walk in my new stroller - I'm exhausted!

Baby Genius

Will you quit taking photos of me! I'm trying to read the paper!!! Really! I know how Posh and Becks feel now.

I have a spoon, and I'm not afraid to use it!

I'm just getting to grips with this food stuff. I was getting awfully bored of just milk anyway. Sweet potato is a favourite. I like to wear it too! What else is new? Oh, we've moved whilst we're waiting for our new house to be built. It's very exciting! I will have lived in three houses before I am 1!!
p.s. I'm also growing some teeth, but don't tell Mummy and Daddy yet!

Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside

There were lots of firsts whilst I was down in Portsmouth. Mummy and Daddy took me to the seaside in Southsea. It was a bit windy, but it was great. I collected some seashells and even got a glace at the Isle of Wight.

Play up Pompey

It was a long old journey, but we’ve come down to visit Nanny and Grandad and met the rest of the Truman clan! Everyone was very welcoming. I met my first, second and third cousins (!!), great Aunts and Uncle. My cousin Damien didn’t really know what to do with me. I’m not impressed with his child care skills, but I’m sure he’ll get better at it!!

First outing in the pushchair

Whilst I was in Portsmouth, I had my first ride in my pushchair. I was a bit bemused at first, but once I got used to it, I was very excited to be able to see everything that is going on. I get a bit tired of looking at Mum’s ugly mug!

It’s cold up north

It may be March, but it’s still a little bit chilly up here. Nanny and Grandad kindly bought me an outfit to protect from the cold. Mummy thinks I look a little bit like the StayPuff marshmallow man. Who??

Happy Mother’s Day Mummy!

I’ve very generously donated some of my pocket money towards Mummy’s presents. Here I am presenting to her. Daddy’s going to look after me today to give Mummy a rest – I’ve worn him out before he’s even got dressed!!!

Aunty Sarah, Uncle Tony and cousin Joshua

I’ve had a steady stream of visitors since I came home, but it’s always really special to meet family. Here I am with Aunty Sarah, guess what, I’m sleeping again!!!

Mr Independent

Happy New Year! I’ve decided that I need to start fending for myself. As a first step, I am going to start feeding myself.
